Who this is

This site is run by Conefer, Inc. — a veteran-led AI consulting practice based in New Mexico, founded by Corey Frasure. When this policy says "I" or "we," that's Conefer. If you have any question about your data, email me directly: info@conefer.com.

The short version

I ask for your name and email only when you request something — a spot on the book waitlist, a call, a class seat, a reply. Analytics and CRM tracking don't load until you accept cookies. I don't sell your information to anyone, and I don't run advertising networks that resell it. That's the whole posture.

What I collect

Information you give me. The site has three forms — the book waitlist, the SITREP, and the speaking enquiry — and each one sends what you type to my CRM. If you book a call, the scheduler collects the details you provide. If you register for a class, the ticketing service collects them. If you email me, I have that email.

Information collected automatically, only after you accept cookies. Which pages you view, which links you click, and general device and location signals — used to understand what's useful and to connect a later conversation back to how you first found the site. None of this loads if you decline. See the cookie policy for specifics.

Standard server logs. Like any website, the host records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, time of request) to keep the site running and secure. This happens at the hosting layer regardless of cookie choice.

The tools I use, and what they see

I use a small set of third-party services. Each is its own company with its own privacy policy:

• HubSpot — my CRM, my forms, and site analytics. It holds the contact details you submit. Once you accept cookies, its tracking also ties your visit to your contact record so I know how you found me. The forms send what you typed whenever you submit one; the tracking is the part that waits for consent.
• OpenAI Ads pixel — measures which pages and ads actually lead to contact. If you've submitted your email, it may receive a scrambled (hashed) version of it that can't be read back into your address. Loads only after consent.
• BookLikeABoss — the scheduling widget on the booking page. Collects your details when you book a call.
• Ticket Tailor — class registration. Seats are sold on their checkout, so when you register you leave this site and hand your details and payment to them under their policy, not mine.
• Cloudflare — hosting and security. Processes the standard server logs above.
• Google Fonts and image hosts — the typefaces and a few images load from other companies' servers, which receive your IP address as part of sending the file. No cookies, no tracking, but it is a request to somebody else.

Why I collect it

To answer you, to deliver what you asked for, to understand which pages actually help owners, and to improve the site. Contact details also let me follow up if you've asked me to. I don't collect data "just in case," and I don't sell it.

Cookies

Nothing but strictly necessary functionality runs before you choose. Accept, and the analytics and CRM tracking load; decline, and they don't — the site works either way. You can change your mind anytime. Full detail is in the cookie policy.

Your choices

• Cookies: accept or decline in the banner, and change it later from the cookie policy page.
• See, correct, or delete your data: email me at info@conefer.com and I'll handle it.
• Email: any message I send has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask me to stop anytime.

How long I keep it

Contact details stay as long as we have a reason to be in touch, or until you ask me to delete them. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the tools above. Ask me to remove you and I will.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't directed at children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the bottom. Material changes will be obvious, not buried.
