About
I'm Corey Frasure, the AI Mad Genius, founder of Conefer. Twenty-one years in the military, fourteen in corporate operations, and now an AI consultant for small businesses.
Long enough to know that most problems aren't AI problems — and that the person selling you the fix should be willing to tell you when there isn't one.

02Where it comes from
The military taught me to plan when being wrong has a real cost. Corporate operations taught me where work actually breaks: the handoffs, the retyping, the step nobody wrote down.
Twenty-six organizations later, the pattern holds. The problem is rarely the technology. It's the process nobody has looked at hard. So I look at the process first. That's the whole job.
03Why it's one person
Being the expert is how I get hired. Building is still the engine. I deliver at a speed that used to take a team, because the cost of building collapsed and I keep a library of reusable agents and skills I've refined by solving the same problem a dozen ways.
Claude agents, vibe-coded software, n8n workflows. I pick the tool that fits, not the one I'm selling.
"I'll tell you not to buy it" only means something because I could have built it.
04How I keep it honest
AI that ships into a real business needs guardrails, not vibes. Everything runs with a human checkpoint. I corroborate a result before I trust it. I don't build things that bypass other people's security to look clever. If it can't be verified, it doesn't go live.
You're handing me your business. I treat it that way.
05How this works
However you found me — a search, a speech, a class, or somebody sent you — you can start anywhere on this map. The free SITREP is six questions about one AI tool you already pay for, and takes three minutes. A working call is thirty minutes on your actual process. The class is half a day or a full day, on its own or after any of the rest. A Conefer Recon starts with the call, because what it covers depends on what you're running.
06The book
You tried the chatbot. It gave you something that sounded right and helped nothing, so you decided AI wasn't for your business.
It wasn't. That window was built for everybody at once, and the part that would make it work on your business sits behind it. Nobody hands you that part. I'm writing this for the owner who already tried.
The first chapter's done and it's yours — free. Drop your email and I'll send it over. No spam.
07Next step
Thirty minutes on your actual process — what's running, what it's doing for you, and how big a job it would be to sort out. Including the part where I tell you not to buy something.
