Book a call
Thirty minutes on your actual process. What you already bought, what it's doing, and what it would take to sort out.
You'll get straight answers, including the one where AI isn't the fix. I'd rather tell you that in thirty minutes than after an invoice.

02What to expect
No slideshow, no discovery deck, nothing to sit through. I ask about the work and you talk.
Walk through what's actually running. Which tools you pay for, which steps they landed on, and which parts of the week are still exactly as long as they were before you bought anything.
Whatever's eating your week. If you can describe one job end to end — where it starts, who touches it, when it finally leaves — that's plenty to work with.
A straight answer on whether there's a job here, roughly how big it is, and what it would take. Sometimes there isn't one, and you'll hear that.
03Where this goes
A Conefer Recon runs two days to a week, depending on the size of the business. I sit with the people doing the work, grade every place AI touches it, and say plainly what to keep, what to stop paying for, and what to rebuild.
Every Conefer Recon starts here, because what it covers depends on what you're actually running, and this call is how I find that out.
The free SITREP takes three minutes. Six questions about one AI tool you already pay for, and it tells you whether that tool was bolted onto the process or built into it.
It's a suggestion, not a gate. If you'd rather just talk, book the call — plenty of people do.
04Before you book
The call works best on a business that's already running something. Come with the mess — that's the whole point of the half hour.
